Introduction

Thank you for choosing our services. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

 

Interpretation

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Services:
Our psychic services include but are not limited to oracle readings,  psychic readings, mediumship and spiritual guidance sessions.
 

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the session. Clients agree to engage with our services with an open mind and understanding that psychic readings are for entertainment purposes.

Confidentiality:
All information shared during psychic sessions is confidential. Our psychics will not disclose any information discussed during sessions unless required by law.

Payment:
Payment for psychic services is required in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds Policy for Psychic Readings:
Due to the nature of psychic readings and the time and energy invested by our psychics, we do not offer refunds for psychic readings. Once a reading has been conducted and the service has been provided, it is considered fulfilled, and refunds will not be issued.

Commitment to Service Quality:
While we understand that not every client may resonate with or fully understand the information provided during a psychic reading, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. Our psychics strive to provide accurate and insightful guidance to every client.

Client Understanding:
Clients acknowledge and agree that psychic readings are subjective and based on intuition and energetic connections. Results may vary, and interpretations may differ depending on individual perspectives and experiences.

Code of Conduct:
Clients agree to engage in sessions respectfully and refrain from using offensive language or behaviour. Any form of harassment or abuse towards our psychics will result in immediate termination of services.

Limitation of Liability:
I provide guidance based on their intuition and interpretation of energy. Clients understand that psychic readings are not a substitute for professional advice and are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Please note that I am not a medical professional and therefore cannot provide answers or guidance regarding health-related matters.

Amendments:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
